This project was a semester long project. The focus was to design a condo for the Martins so they may age in place. The space accommodates ADA inside the home. Inspiration for the design was to be Mid-Century Modern throughout the condo. All the finishes, furniture, and equipment were specified in the project binder. Construction documents drafted by hand. Floorplan and perspectives created in SketchUp and rendered by hand.
